Facility Usage Information

Overview

We now have more activity at AHUMC than ever before, both for our church groups and for our outside visitors. We want to make sure that we can accommodate everyone, so please keep the following in mind when scheduling room use:

All church meetings and events should be scheduled by e-mailing Office Manager Linda Solis. She will send you an email confirming the room.
All meetings and event requests should include the meeting times and the rooms preferred, as well as set-up day(s) and times. It is very important to note the set-up time as we are having more requests for Saturday daytime and evening events, which could overlap.
