Invests and recommends distribution of endowment gifts.

Prepares annual budget and monitors church finances.

Lay Personnel

Supports and evaluates lay staff members.

Membership & Evangelism

Encourages fellowship groups, orientation for new members and companions for new people. Also Recruits callers for first-time visitors, minglers, and encourages all church groups to be welcoming.

Mission

Educates and involves the congregation in global mission.

Outreach

Educates and involves the congregation in local mission.

Reconciling

Encourages inclusiveness regardless of gender, ethnicity, handicapping conditions, and sexual orientation.

Social Justice

Educates congregation about justice issues.

Staff - Parish

Supports and evaluates work of professional staff and recommends new staffing.

Trustees

Corporate directors in legal matters. Responsible for all property and funds.

Worship

Recruits and trains volunteers to assist in worship and special services.
